Tax Letter 6/2014

In order to address the difficulties expressed by the taxpayers in complying with the software certification obligations for in-house produced software or intra-group produced software, the Tax Authorities, through the Order no. 75/2014, of the 28th of March, of the State Secretary for Fiscal Affairs, will extend the deadline for the certification to the 1st of July 2014.
